I know this is going to be a stupid question but are the intake manifolds off the 2010-2011 camaro ss the same as the corvette 08+ c6 base models with the ls3 motors? I cant find it searching and feel like the valley cover and intake are the same but all the parts on eBay don't even list the two together as being compatible.

Assuming your block and crank can be salvaged. Get yourself a new set of stock pistons and rods, new bearings and find a used set of 243 heads. For what your wanting to do there is no benefit to forged internals. This is a fairly cheap option and the only difficulty will be finding a competent machine shop.

So , what's the particulars on your 376? Looks like custom valve covers, so is it a GM piece, or what? Your post is not exactly informative; is it for sale, or you just showin' it off?

Yes it is for sale. I would not use it in a vette because of weight issues. But some have I see there is a frc in forsale section with the same engine.

It is a gm crate ls3 with low compression for boost with a block that is good to over 2000hp.

I bought for another project and didnt use.

Good luck on your engine.
