New Orleans, last two weeks 95-100 ambient, and it doesn't take very long for the ac to chill. Plus I have a Vert that lives outdoors...so far so good

I've owned 3 brand new cars and this car has the coldest A/C of any car I've been in. Probably was filled before I purchased it.

My AC gets cold pretty quick but the airflow at full is really low out the dash ducts. I'm not sure but I'm thinking that maybe something isn't working properly. I've noticed that it seems to be always blowing hardest out of the defrost vents no matter what setting I'm on. Now my dad's C6 fans blow MUCH better on all settings. I don't know but is this normal? Anyone else notice this?

I have never read a complaint about a properly functioning A/C system not keeping these cars cool anywhere in the US.

Best AC I've had in any car I've ever owned.

It blows cold air.

Count yourself lucky if the car you choose has the regular, non-dual-zone HVAC system. Unfortunately most C5s seem to have the dual-zone system, unnecessarily complex and troublesome.

I think I've narrowed down the years I'm looking for to 03-04. So I'm stuck with the dual zone climate control. Which I'm fine with, it works great in my LS400 which had it standard in 95 lol.

An '02 C5 owner chiming in.... When I purchased my vette, being in Southern California, a good strong working A/C was very important to me. I was pleased to find out how cold the A/C is even on the hottest days here.

It was outstanding in the Vegas summer temperatures

My only problem was I could never leave the roof up long enough to give it a fair chance. It struggled cooling down the NV desert with the roof down

In England it produces positively arctic temperatures if I set 60.
