Default Where do you put things?

I am a rookie C5 Z06 owner. I acquired it a couple weeks ago from a forum member. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-c...-z06-nice.html
My daily driver is a pickup truck and storage for stuff is not an issue. There isn't anywhere in this car to put personal items like a cellphone. I attended a Corvette show at Day's Chevrolet in Acworth, GA recently and saw one car that had some small leather pouches attached to the front seats close to the floor that matched the interior of the car. I was not a Corvette owner at the time and never thought to ask where he got them. I have looked on-line and not found anything similar. Perhaps they are custom accessories. I would appreciate any ideas barring carrying a man-purse. If anyone knows the owner of the car with those pouches put me in touch please.

Thanks. I don't think that will work for me. The amps for the sound system are under the rear deck and they require ventilation.

Z06 is a performance car. If it doesn't fit in your pocket, then you need to have it in the truck you bring along with the extra tires and wheels for track day!

Put your cell phone in the cup holder.
If you need more space take the pick up

I appreciate your input(s). If prompted to answer the same question for someone else I would probably respond similarly. What I was hoping for was to actually find a useful accessory to put my stuff in. I can toss a bag in the trunk for the necessary items. It's not like I can talk on the phone while driving, I've barely mastered the 2-handed approach as it is.

I have a Travel Buddy dual cup holder, and I use one hole for my cell phone, and the other for a beverage.
All my little "crap" goes in the console,CD's go in a CD holder over the drivers visor(no changer),shades in one of those little "glasses clip thingys" on passengers visor.
The existing cup holder on the Vette is for spare change, pretty much useless for much else

I picked up a couple of small Corvette fannie packs and attached them to the seat frames. The sit right in front of the seats and are great for small items, an extra pair of sun glasses, etc.

I think I got them from West Coast Corvettes.

Vette Essentials offers those zippered storage bags that hook onto the front of the seats. Sort of like a "fanny pack" for Corvettes.

Also, Vette Essentials leather seat skins offer map holders in the back unlike the OEM leather seats. The passenger seat map holder is a great place to store your cell phone, portfolio, wallet, etc. while driving. Easy to reach.

For non-immediate stuff, like jackets, umbrellas, etc., the rear storage compartments in the trunk offer a lot of room. I own a convertible, so similar trunk space compared to a Z06.

Either the passenger or their seat holds whatever won't fit in my console or my pocket. But then again things like my camera bag or small bag of groceries fits well behind me on the shelf too, tons of room for a coupe driver back there.

Check out Vette Essentials for the storage "bags" that you can customize and sits in front on your seats. I believe the ones you're referring to attach behind the seats with velcro. If so, check out Mid-America Motorworks or (I believe) Ecklers for those.

You could always slide one of the seats forward a bit, stow small personal items on the floor, then slide the seat gently back to hide the items.
