Conversions to existing headlights would be $275

Note: The conversions I offer would correct the alignment issue between high and low beam that has plagued the ACA design since it's introduction.

Anyone interested?
Hey I am interested, the only thing i would like to wait until the first set is done, or if you will the guinea pig lol then i would heavily consider a set. btw i have them in my car now but the housing where you have to tighten the screws which are metal into plastic i accidently over tightened and kinda craked. So please keep me posted on these new sets for 600 just some pics would be great.

Thank You

Let me know when the GB begins. I like your "fixed" light kit but $1500 is not in the budget now.

RadioFlyer's initial post said as follows:

"Brand new kits would be $600

Don't know where you got $1,500, but you didn't get it from RF. If you intended it as sarcasm, well then....

He was probably taliking about his fixed light set as he stated. You can view theme here. But they are less than $1,500 without options.

Will do. Upon installation and review of the lights by Evan70, I will start a group buy on these.

ps: You might be able to repair that joint with JB quick weld.

Those look great! Can't wait to try them out. The fiance and I are doing a road trip from Dallas to California and up the California coast the first week+ of April. Should be able to give them a really good test.

I should be able to get them out to you Monday afternoon. I will need to modify the existing harness to work with the bi-xenon feature.

The above are correct--I was referring to RF's fixed set, which when I optioned them to my "liking" came in right at $1500. I've bought several items from RF and found him to be both a gentleman and a craftstman. Look forward to the GB on these.

What options were you looking to get? I've been known to offer discounts for combination orders and past customers.

I'm thinking I'm just going to go with these "new" ones. Am in the midst of a 2012 seat conversion that is turning out to be fairly pricey. Thank you for the offer though.

Will these come with the complete installation instructions? I know that this is a little more involved than just plug and play.

I have the HID low beam bulbs in the stock housings and I get flashed more often than I like, so have determined that I need to go to an approved housing for the HIDs.

Believe it or not, these are designed to be plug and play. I will take care of all the wiring you'll need to do. The only tricky part is the installation of the Hi-4 harness, but that can be done in 5 minutes with a 10mm and 1/2" socket wrench.

I"m afraid I only have access to the black housings at the moment, however I can modify chrome ones if you happen upon them.

hmm, I may be interested. Maybe not the first GB but maybe a second or after a few people post up pictures of their results.

Also, RF.....do you have any pictures of the back of the ACA housings after you did the conversion?

Not yet. For the prototype, I used silicone to seal the open areas around the projector and mount. I'm going to try using weatherstrip on the next one after I've confirmed it's heat tolerance.
