To my knowledge, no one can attach photos.
If you want to post a photo, you need to host it online somewhere, and post a link to the photo with [IMG ] tags around it.
The easiest way is to get a (free) photobucket account, upload your picture there, and on the right side of the page they provide links to the image, pick the one which is labeled "image code", which already has the [img ] and [/img ] tags on it, and paste it on your post.
It will display the image.

I think if you upgrade your membership to a supporting member then you will be able to attach documents and photos to your posts. Put a post up in the Help section of the forum asking this question and the mods there can give you all the info.

To include an image that is not uploaded as an attachment and is located on another website, you can do so by copying the full URL to the image, (not the page on which the image is located), and either pressing the 'Insert Image' icon or by typing [img] before the URL and [/img] after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image. You can insert pictures from your albums (?) in this way too.
