Unfortunately, I haven't seen that you can record video from camera input. That would be a nice touch! Right now, I just have the backup camera connected.
And, yes, I did the install myself, including wiring in all new speakers. It's not a difficult job, but takes some time.
Thanks again for your business and for the kind words about the business. Its always great to see Devan getting some recognition as well. She does so much for us and is always a part of each and every order!
Enjoy the new Alpine setup and let me know if we can help with anything else.

May I ask where you purchased the modified stereo console to fit the DDHU install?>>>>> and how much it set you back?
Thanks a bunch!

I bought a used radio bezel, traction control panel & center console, and sent them to DD Mods. Dennis gave me a package deal to modify the radio bezel, cover all pieces in leather and include the Alpine 8" touch screen nav head unit. The whole package was about $2300, and well worth it. If you want a price on just the radio bezel, call Dennis at DD Mods. He is always most accommodating to any questions.
I was in Dubuque, IA on business today and decided to stop in at D&D since it was close by. Dennis was very accommodating and happy to have someone from the forum stop in. I got to see the whole process of how they modify bezels along with some finished products. The quality is great. I plan to remove my bezel and console this fall when the Vette goes into hibernation and drop them off for some leather covering. I will take a stereo system home and get it installed while the parts get redone. Dennis also has some nice options for recovering your leather seats.
