Pulled those BSM's off today and with a bit of elbow grease she came up mint! New wheels/tyres on next week. Just picked up my radioflyer halos this morning so they'll be fitted to.

Looks sharp. What's the yellow thing on the right fender ?
I too would like to know the procedure of how you took them off. One of mine is letting go and so I need to take off to reattach. Would love to see the car without them so needing to do a perfect job here.

Beautiful job on removing the BSM's !
It sure makes the car look much cleaner.
You have a beautiful car !
Nicely done !
Looks great, nice job! I was lucky my car never came with them as if it did they would have been off the 1st week as well as these cars look bad with them IMHO. I think some people will actually open there door against your BSM's when they see them thinking that the car is protected anyway, this would be non-car people thoughts. I removed them from a Dodge Ram once with fishing line, goof off and rubbing compound once and it came out perfect as well just takes a few beers and PATIENCE.

That's how I did mine, except replace fishing line with dental floss. Worked like a charm. I've heard if it's cold out and you insist, a blowdryer is good to heat up the double-sided sticky tape. I did mine in the summer so it was already warm.

I used a braided fly fishing and it cut through the adhesive perfectly and didn't touch the paint. I little Goop to remove the adhesive, polished the paint and sealed it. You could never tell they were there.
Sorry, with the time difference I'm probably snoring whilst you guys are going about your day.
The export spec C5's have side markers(indicators) and rear fog lights. On the red cars, the red fog lights dont stand out nearly as much as on other colours (colors). Exports also have tow hooks front and rear...The rear one is located where youd put your exhaust plate.
Im humming and haaaaaa'ing about cutting off the hook or not...an exhaust plate would be nice, but the tow hook is kinda cool in a race car way. The 4" Corsa looks cool enough, plate or no plate.
BSMs were removed as others have mentioned above. Didnt take to long ..When I asked here regarding the procedure, a whole thread was dedicated to their removal. Looks way better in my opinion.
