rear lights

Default rear lights

rear lights will not come on,and front lights will not go down,think its a fuse

You'll need to check more than one fuse as the tail lights and headlamps each have their own.

Both the under hood and inside the car fuse boxes have a diagram and descriptions as to which fuse is which. They are located inside the lid of each.

I had this problem on my 98 coupe, after trouble shooting I ended up replacing the multifunction lever to fix my problem. Good luck with your fix.

The headlight motors and the rear lights are on separate circuits but they all route through both the headlights switch and the hazard flasher unit. Its probably one of these which is causing the problem.

Will wiring diagrams help?

not very good at diagrams,
not having much luck,thanks so much ,i'll keep working

I think it is number 6 in the passenger floor. I think that was the one that I blew and had the same symptions. If I remember right, it is a red 10A fuse.
