It does but it's not. Have not used water to wash my car In 2 months and I've had the wonderful FL love bugs and rain to deal with. This is after Chadwicking in my garage a few weeks ago It's like a rig red mirror... This pic is NOT photoshopped in any way, that's my garage door and opener in the reflection.

I saw this online so I take no credit but here is how mine turned out. It's great for those of us with 2 tops or if you just want to leave the top at home. It's very secure and super cheap.
I spent $6 on 2 ladder hooks and $2 on a 2x3 board. I screwed the board to the studs in the wall. Drilled pilot holes for the hooks and screwed them in. The hooks have a rubber coating to prevent slippage. I have zero concerns about the top falling or getting scratched. I'll paint the board tomorrow to look a little better.
