Same here. I asked an officer once in a casual conversation, and he said he would never pull anyone over for no front plate, but if stopped for another reason, would probably mention it at that time.

Now the argument is they need them so their license plate readers can read your plate to see if you or your car is a bad guy.

Never understood the people that HATE front plates, what's the big deal anyway???? I think of it as protection for the very front from bugs and trash and it's one less reason for the cops to hassle you. Who else really notices it anyway??

I notice it every time I look at the ugly plate ruining the body lines of my bumper. It's going to be great once I move to Arizona and can toss my front plate and put my plate filler panel back on in its place. No more *** ugly front plate for me.

That's not what I'm looking at when she's in that leather outfit in those Vampire movies!!Keeps the bugs out of nose though.
