My fuel pump is making a high pitch sound. Sort of like an old water faucet. It is not real loud but and annoying pitch.
I read in old post that this is normal for many GM pumps.
Any one have luck suppressing the sound aside from using 200lb of Dynamat? Like just a little around the tank.
How common is this issue? It's a 2002.

Put top down or if unlucky and have coupe take targa off ... Z06 or FRC turn radio higher.
