Just for the some info. Austin @ Calibrated Speed & Performance in Alabaster has never done me wrong. They just moved to this bigger shop from a small one in Pell City. People drive from Montgomery to get work done there. Call him up if you can't figure it out.

They also have a facebook page.

It's at the shop now... They cleared out the codes 1st thing this morning... I was fine at first... Made it all the way to work. I went out there 2 hours later to go somewhere and it went in to limp mode again with the same trouble codes... Needless to say, I took it right back to the shop. They are supposed to be troubleshooting the situation now... I'm almost afraid of what they will say.

Do you have any more information you can share?

I was leaning towards the tps. But hopefully the shop can figure it out and it's not to much.

That's to much for a tb. I glanced on eBay found 00-04 for 450.00. I don't know what year your car is but 400-500 in labor for 3 bolts and a couple connectors is kinda high. If the tb is the culprit.

I bought a lightly used TB for ~$100. Very easy to install. Mine had a seized bearing.
It is rare for these to fail.

Actually it's an employee of a friend of mine who happens to also be an Ex-Service Mechanic for GM.
