$31K in receipts? That's pretty high. AC compressor, condenser, freon with labor around $1,900, Balancer with bolt, belts and labor around $1,000, add $300-$500 for water pump and pulleys. Brake rotors pads powder coating and labor around $1,200. Sway bars, end links, bushings and labor around $400. Fluids. plugs, wire and labor around $400. Headlight motors replaced around $350. How do you get to $31K?
All of these things are very common repairs made on any C5 for sale with around your mileage, although my "99 did not have these issues. BTW, the 2000-2001 C5's had the most expensive problems of that generation followed by the 2004.

You’re way off with all of your numbers. $1000 balancer replacement? Lol. The ATI was $500 alone. Come on man! Also, you’re way too high with the ac replacement. But hey, how about you try to go through the list and for every guess you get right I’ll post the receipt. LOL. Moreover, the list posted is about 1/8 of the actual list. That’s how I got to $31k. New NOS clear top and new NOS painted top was $5k alone. Try and keep up with me!

Suddenly both tops are in you estimate. Aftermarket exhaust and your two tops are not maintenance. But it doesn't matter in the retail value of a 2001 C5 Coupe with 72K miles.
