Sounds like a nice car with a thorough maintenance history. I've had my car 7 years and done a lot of the same items, but replacing the fuel level sensors is very meticulous.
I would ask 20k. That sounds reasonable in this market. But worst case, don't take less than 15k. I've seen a few similar coupes on cars and bids go in that range, although probably not with your car's extensive maintenance history, which should be a big plus to an informed buyer.

yeah, everyone says use Techron to solve the gas gauge problem. I could have saved hundreds of dollars if I replaced the fuel level sensors earlier. Hahaha.

I would list the car for around $20K (in this market), but be prepared to accept around $17-18K. Stress all the replacement parts that have been installed - buyer would not need to address those items for a long time.
If your definition was correct, sellers would list the car’s price as “Whatever you are willing to pay.” LOL. Not exactly how markets work. But I appreciate your assistance. Thanks !!!
Looks like my definition was correct in this case...it was worth $27,350 and someone bought it for $27,350...
Therefore it was worth what someone was willing to pay...
Don't ya just love the opinions of the CF lowballers @($15K)...
Congrats on the $27,350 sale

Congrats on the $27,350 sale
actually, had two buyers at $28,750, but they wanted inspections. $27,350 was sight unseen. So the car was actually worth more than what someone paid in this case. Lol.
but yeah, these price suggestions on this thread are well below market value. Your average manual c5 goes for $16-20k. Well maintained one owner is $25k.
Sold this afternoon for $27,350. Thanks for all your input! Picking up my c6zr1 tomorrow morning.
Congratulations!
Curious as to where you advertised the car and what was your asking price.
Even though this is the C5 section, I don't think it would be inappropriate to post a photo of your new C6ZR1. That's quite a step up from the C5. Are C5ZR1 prices much higher now than say two years ago?
I keep thinking that I should sell my C5 as prices are so high and then get into a C5Z06. The problem is the C6 prices are up too so I'm thinking of just keeping the C5 and modding it instead.

I listed it at $29,999. Similar c5 is probably worth $20k, but I have about $25k in receipts. I def lost money.
That is outstanding! (and a clear example of how very broken the market still is lol)
So after all of the carrying on in this thread, what was the asking price in your ad? "Best offer"?
The daily driven car market is def “broken” but the corvette market is most def not. Chip shortage isn’t affected used corvette prices, only new car prices or daily driven used cars.
the c8 has given new life to corvette values through all generations. The same is true for other brands such as older Porsches. The corvette market is strong and I don’t see any reason why it will go down.
