those are still to date bad bikes I sold my last busa about three years ago still miss it
Nice! I love the busa for speed but never could fall in love with the aesthetics. The gent I bought the max from in CT circa '07 had it since 1990. He bought a busa and sold me his V-Max.

one of the most comfortable bikes I’ve owned including 4 Harley’s I’ll never own one of those turtles again
Lol! Man, same drill! My "wife's BMW" is also taking up the other bay in my garage. She hasn't driven it in 3 or 4 years but I take it out a few times a year. I have an '85 V-Max wedged in there with it. I have room for another bike in front of the vette but it's a PITA if I want easy access to the car. I also don't want my driveway looking like "Beverly Hills Sanford and Son" with our dailys already out there.
I had an 85 Max painted Mopar Plum Crazy with a Venture Royale bottom end and a chain conversion, that thing was crazy! Had to sell it when I lost my license years ago..

I’ve never rode one always heard they was crazy fast and who doesn’t love stuff like that

It's a 38 yr old 630 lb bike that does consistent 9's in the 1/4 with the rider sitting upright and handles like a Fkn wheel barrow. What's not to love?!
Just came home to find my new MGW shifter on the front porch. This thing is a frickin masterpiece. Exquisite engineering. Dang it's pretty. Going in tomorrow even if it's 20 degrees in my garage..

Will do. I've had that B&M Ripper in since 2001-'02. I swapped in a C6 shifter for one day around 2010 and pulled it right back out to put the B&M back in. Now I'm t
confident I'm over the effort required with the B&M.
I have a Raceseng Signature **** that's going on the MGW. Should be a nice combo.
I need to shake this wicked hangover so I can get after it.
Hit your local box store bolt aisle and grab 3x M8-1.25 x 30 hex head bolts and ditch those T40 factory nightmares when you install.
Or for a little extra there's the ARP version.
Good call. There are a few more things in the box than I expected. Upper, lower box, mounting hardware, matting, heat barrier, and mounting alignment tool.

post pics when done I have to go mount the top shroud and raise the car up a little I’m tired of dragging on everything
Will do. I'm working on getting motivated so I can do this while it's 33 degrees out in NJ.
I raised mine up some as well. Car was lowered all the way on stock bolts. My front air dam still scrapes a here and there a bit on uneven roads. But it's no longer dragging when I pull out of my garage.
One pound is right on for the shifter. I've looked at raceseng in the past.... So many options!
Recent preference I found for mgw was instead of using it with the **** fully screwed to the bottom, keeping it near the top for lighter force required. Though mine is an older design.
