Very impressive. Couple of questions.

Who was the supplier for the steering wheel, center console, shift boot, etc? Is the steering wheel a reduced diameter version?

What do you have for stereo speaker components and drivers?

****Keep in mind, most of the cost and labor is paying an upholstery shop to properly install it using small hog rings / staples / steaming the leather to stretch / glueing it / and trimming the edges.

Memphis Audio VIV60C at Onlinecarstereo.com

Entire system was built out of Birch hardwood. It's as light cardboard, but hard as a rock! Also, entire system was engineered on CAD and cut on a CNC machine..... not a single saw blade or jig-saw was used to make any part of the wooded pieces of the stereo system! I have an amp cover, but its not in the pics.

Impressive build! Congrats. What I really like is that it’s a beautiful C5 sleeper and will surprise a lot of people on the road. Outside of the custom wheels and brakes, it looks completely stock.

Sweet! Those wheels! I really like the stock thin spokes, have been looking for something close with no luck. Those however, they look like thin spokes on steroids! Beautiful ride! Love me a sleeper C5.

I went for a very simplified look. I'm not into the big hood and wings.

I need to update the cover pics. The first pics are of my cheap Forgestar wheels I use when modifying my C5's. Like when the car is being dropped off at the LSx shop for work and dyno'ing. The expensive BC Forged wheels are pictured at the bottom of my post up close.

NO! C6 seats are nothing more than "updated" C5 seats.... Awful! These are C7 seats, very similar to a C8.
LINK to my other Z06 C5 w/ a C8 seat install for reference.....

Looks great. Very nice. With that much HP you will need a lot more rubber. You will never hook like it is now.
Lets face it hot rods are never done.

I like all your mods! I’m having trouble typing this post as I’m having to hold the keyboard at a distance to keep my slobber from messing things up. I think I’m going to sell my car so I can start gathering parts to imitate your build, wait, that won’t work! I am curious about the functional vents you speak of, that’s a new one on me?

I like the functional vent but man your doors are going to get a lot of rock chips on them over time ...

DAMN! What is your primary use for the car? That's an awful lot of power for the street.

He won't have any issues at all with rock chips on the side of his car. I have the exact same vents, and I don't even get any dirt (much less rock chips) on the side of the car. I'll admit that I intalled a mesh in the wheel well. However, I don't know that I actually needed to. The product was very well designed. I was one of the first to get them. They are 3D printed pieces and are produced in limited batches so they can be tricky to come by. Here's a few pics of mine.

LINK to functional side vents: (Unfortunately they are ALWAYS sold out and it takes months to finally get)

It spends most of its time under a cover in my garage.

I only floor it on the Interstate above 80mph, but for the most part it stays in my garage. I could have bought a new base model C8 for what I have in this C5.... if anything was to happen to it, insurance wouldn't even come close to reimbursing me for it.

Heroic build Sir! I have so much respect and appreciation for the the attention to detail and the all out exceptional choice of components. I really hope you're able to enjoy it for all the evident blood, sweat, and tears that went into it.

Also does anyone else smirk with he said "finished". I did then I looked through the pics. She's done. Nothing else you can do to that to make it better.
