Feels good as is without any washers but I’m on the shorter side at 5’7. Haven’t had a chance to actually drive with them so maybe that’ll change but doesn’t feel like I’ll need the adjustment.

Just a quick update as its finally not raining and I had a chance to take the c5 out for a spin. Initial reactions = no comparison to stocks. These make a world of a difference. Previously, I found myself constantly messing with the seat position. Now, its just get in and go. Seats are firm but not too firm (I'm 40 with no back problems) and you actually get a lot more road feeling with these. Feel way more connected. No sliding or rocking, they just hold you in place. My favorite mod so far. Also - no issue with reaching the clutch at the first and second notch (on the shorter side at 5'7). If you are on the fence, don't hesitate.

Just about the very top most worthwhile mod you can do to a C5.
I think the other mod that is nearly right on par with the C7 seat upgrade is the sound deadening upgrade, look for my thread on that.
