C5 vs Ferrari
Instead, it's "only" a chevy and it's a redneck, POS interior, anyone can afford one car to many.

Dude, who's squrimming.... I live in an area that's full of the most expensive cars in the world. La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks..... stop be so serious. Everyone knows the pecking order of cars. The poster is a jerk off, big deal
Take care and it was great having you with us here on the Corvette forums for the couple of weeks that you have been with us.
Ohhhhhhh Snap!!!
Lets lock this one up guys! I'm trying to keep it going here.

That doesn't mean sports cars are the fastest, best at everything, there are certainly plenty of faster cars out there that aren't sports cars...It just means the definition does have a specific meaning to most people. The Miata, S2000, Z3, Z4, etc...are current cars that fit the true definition of a sports car.

And just two weeks ago you were looking for someone to take over the lease on your C5 so you could purchase a 4x4 preparatory to moving to Tahoe, glad to hear you're staying with a sports car, and congrats on the Ferrari. No doubt the Ferrari fourms will be lucky to have you.

Ferrari is for the good weather and no
speed limit roads in Nevada.
IT IS QUALITY RELIABILTY AND FERRARI
NOT GM GM GM GM!!!!!!!!!
they treat you a lot better and it has nothing
to do with the money.
THEY ARE REAL CAR PEOPLE WHO LOVE CARS
AND MAKING THE BEST QUALITY CARS.
THEY ARE HONEST HONEST GET IT- HONEST!
"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR."
I do not think any GM car is worth a dollar
any more. They and their dealers suck bigtime.
I want to be safe when I drive!

Let's talk depreciation, 1999 C5 $25,000 today (loss $18,000). 1999 Ferrari what ($50,000 loss). Bad investment.
Maintenance issues, C5 none really if you have a warranty, Ferrari $4000 tune up every 15,000 miles. Ouch! For $4000 they had better be nice to me. In fact they had better suck my D..k and swallow for that kind of scratch.
"Honest" you said, 3 times in fact. What's honest about charging $60,000 too much at purchase and $3,600 too much for a tune up. Honest as thieves! And I'll bet you that they have the same percentage of lemons as any C5 out there. But let's recap the options both these cars come with. The C5 has too many to mention. The Ferrari, oops! You get a radio (typically ugly), AC maybe, all in all a very basic car. So you could say that there are fewer things to go wrong. If they don't offer a lot of ammenities, how can they break? What else is a sports car made for but performance. Bang for the buck, C5 hands down wins my vote. Oh but the Ferrari is sooo sexy. Okay you've got me. I like the lines of the Modena.
Oh by the way this is the Corvette Forum, get it.Ferrari is for the good weather and no
speed limit roads in Nevada.
I should apologize, I wasn't aware that you were overseas. Nevada, Germany is a very nice town from what I hear. Having no speed limits on the roads certainly sounds fun.
It's nice to see you still hanging out with us Corvette enthusiasts, how did your Ferrari forum friends react when you told them that you had transferred the lease on your C5 and had once again joined them with your new Ferrari? No doubt they are missing you as we speak, so I'll keep this short. Again it was good having you with us for the the two weeks that you have been aboard, and we wish you godspeed and good luck in the future as you do all of your posting on your Ferrari forums.

my LOVELY wife ( who means more to
me than the former C5 or the new
Ferrari) came very close to being KILLED in the C5 due to GM/dealer
gross negligence.
THAT'S ALL FOLKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or a vette, FERRARI
