Yes I have POP and Gurgle when I decerlorate. Love the sound too.

I have the GHL Bullets w/ 4" round quad tips from LAPD and a Magnaflow X-Pipe, and there is significant gurgling on deceleration, as compared to stock. I love it as it adds a new dimension to the driving experience. There is a great deal of confusion about popping or gurgling and just what an X-Pipe accomplishes. Initially, I was led to believe the X-Pipe eliminated that gurgling, but it does not. My research revealed that an X-Pipe does eliminate popping, which is noticeable at idle because the stock H-Pipe does not allow the separate exhaust from each engine bank to mix, and thereby stabilize the flow. With the H-Pipe there is a puh-puh-puh type sound at idle because you are hearing each bank's exhaust separately. The X-Pipe smooths out the idle, eliminating that left bank, right bank firing harmonic, which makes for a much smoother more natural sound. The GHL Bullets have a decent idle sound, are dead silent at highway cruising speed, but won't scare old women or children at WOT. It is the compromise that I wanted and expected. Mine got deeper and louder after about a week of driving. They are the exhaust the Vette should have come equipped with. Enjoy them, I do.
