American muscle. Great balance of power, performance, handling straight out of the box all for a decent price. Plus they are purdy!!!

It's the car I've always wanted since I was 16.

No other car has caught my attention as the Vette has as far as styling and peformance.

The best part is that the reality is even better than the dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The C5 looks great, it is faster than most everything else on the road, has plenty of storage, and is very comfortable for long road trips. The Corvette has it all.

I have mentioned getting a Vette since I moved to Houston on 1998. Years ago, I fell in love with the pewter color and kept saying to Tom I should get a Vette to match his truck. It didnt exactly turn out that way...he surprised me this year w/Torch Red. He since has bought a new truck to match my car, his is Victory red though.

A great car I have two right now. You meet a lot of great people with your corvette and have fun to booth. Plus you get to keep them clean.

Corvette ownership has been a dream since I was a little kid. When the C5 first came out in '97 - I was totally blown away by the style and always thought owning one was out of reach.

I bought my car last year and I've never had a moment's regret. I've seen a lot of Vettes, newer than mine as well as previous generations.....I wouldn't trade my car for anything!

Yes there are may great cars, but I decided on my C5 beacuse it was one of the few cars that were the best bang for the buck. I've had two 911s and two Corvettes, a C3 and now my C5. Style, power, handling, comfort, reliability, sound, endless mod capability, price, and mostly I look good in the car. I think that this one will be a keeper. Always a blast to drive it, even it's only to the corner store.

Only it was 12 for me. The first time I saw one, it was love at
first sight. Watched them from afar until I could afford to get one, and
hopefully a few more before I'm done!

It's a Chevy, parts are easy to find and they are cheap to work on!

For the money I had to spend, there was nothing else out there that could touch it in terms of comfort, performance, etc. Plus, I wanted to stay American with my purchase.

It is a real car; and it is ready to drive. Smiles are optimal.

Only since I was 12. Finally got it when I was 54. Debated between this and a '57. Decided the C5 would be the most enjoyable to drive.
