I think that many of us are on the fence between sportbrakes and Corvette garage's rotors. The shipping costs would definitely push me over the edge in favor of Nate's. Mrgil did you try speaking to him about covering a portion of the shipping? Otherwise I will be going with the sportbrakes who will cover shipping for corvette forum members.

I never thought choosing where to buy rotors would be so frustrating. . I was sold on the Sportbrakes until I saw their picture posted here (I just sent them an email asking for pic's before I saw them here) and I don't like the way they look. One row of holes for the rears and two rows for the front. They're not uniform enough for me. I'm game if we can get the price down to at least 3 bills. mrgil do you know how many serious buyers you have confirmed? Maybe you should have everyone that is serious send you a PM so you can keep count. Just a suggestion.

I want the best quality and best looking rotor for the money. $20 here or there is of no consequence to me, shipping is no big deal either. Don't get me wrong I'm looking for a deal as much as the next guy but I am not willing to compromise what I want for a few bucks. The idea for the GP was great and I don't think we should get greedy. I got in on the Halltech GP and was damn happy to come across it. This is in no way meant to flame Icemanskis, everyone is entitled to their opinion and I respect that. I included his comments because I am one of those that is on the fence (was anyway). I get a little frustrated with some of the other forum members though from time to time. Some of these guys are real quick with the trigger finger and jump all over someone when they post something that they do not agree with. Big FN deal and I thing a few pills are in order. Nate gave us a great deal on the Halltech Stinger and I just don't think we need to squeeze the last drop of blood out of the turnip with the rotors. Count me in. Let's start this New Year off with a little kindler gentler forum, how bout it all you rocket scientists out there Had to end on a light note.

Default Rotors

How's this for an idea (it was suggested by another forum member)
If anyone out there has a pic of their Sportbrake rotors installed on their car that shows the complete drilled and slotted configuration then I would like them to post them here (front and rear), and likewise if anyone has pics of Nates rotors installed on their car that shows the complete drilled and slotted configuration then they should also post them here.(Front and Rear)
Since we all agree these are a cosmetic mod I think the best looking one should be bought. We don't have to agree on which looks better cause beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think everyone can then make up their own mind which one they want and "I promise not to try to change anyones mind."

I'm not that naive to believe everyone who posts "I'm interested or count me in" is going to buy the rotors for their vette. To answer your question about 20 have given an indication of some interest. Don't take that to the bank just yet.
This may take another day or two to resolve.
