It's under your dash by the steering column.

Please explain what your trying to do. The PCM (Power Train Control Module is located in the passengers fender well on the outside of your car. There is an Assembly Line Diagnostic Link (ALDL) connection that is used to access the OBD II system and program/read the data from each module.

Are yo looking for the OBD II ALDL connection? If you are, it is in the drivers foot well in the area where your right knee would be when your sitting in the seat.

Bill that's what i'm looking for. I have a 98 WS6 and it's in that area also but very visible. I ask because i was looking for it in the vette today and was wondering if it is covered by a panel. I just wanted to know where to start.
thanks

It's not covered by a panel, but is difficult to find. Feel under the dash where Bill said. You'll feel the plug (socket).
