I have them jet hot coated for a 98, not installed yet, bought direct from jet hot...Many were purchased by f-body owners last year on a GP,gains varied from 10-20 hp, definitely get them jet hot coated inside and out. Mild steel wont last without an inner coating.Mine are going on with Harland Sharp 1.8 rockers and 02 ZO6 valve springs shortly.Im so glad the experts here know so much, before I made my purchase I researched these thoroughly including viewing at least 1/2 dozen before and after dynos, the least I saw on an F-body was 9hp but 15lbs of torque, thats about $40 per horsepower, compared to LGM longtubes that cost you about $75 per horse and my car has a carb# and will pass Texas emissions which are just as strict as California.
