I'm going crazy ....! 
Always code 1514 ,(and only this one now !) and R.E.P after running 30 sec !or sometime more !
Scan say : AIRFLOW TO TP sensor CORRELATION HIGH !
What does it mean ?

IT WORK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES ! 
I've change the TB (complete with the tps and actuator ) , and It run well !!
But i dont know what really was the problem ? may be the TPS , may be the actuator ?
One thing i've see is that the trottle blade on the (defect )TB was almost closed , and the other one slightly open !
When i've cleaned the TB , i ve disconnected the actuator motor , and pulled it apart from the TB , just to take a look !! : at this time the trottle has fully closed , and when i've put the actuator back , i think it wasn't in the right position ...!!?
I want TO THANKS EVERYONE for your HELP !!
Here , in France , we dont have a lot of CHEVY dealers , and it's quite difficult when we have a mecanic problem with US cars !!
BUT we love AMERICAN CARS !
And we will continue for a long Time !!!
