I put two 8mm red LEDs over the center console in my work van.

Its really not THAT much pipe sticking out and like Tim said, A hand grinder should smooth that right off.

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts

For $400 how can you go wrong, even if you have to do some modifications. This is the best Corvette "Bang for the Buck" going.
I've had mine since last April with no problems and still love 'em. Incidently, I had to bid more than the $299 on ebay for the headers alone.

The local LONG TIME Corvette guys just had nothing good to say about long tube headers for 300-400$$$..
I laughed and tried to tell them about the long term reviews that are on this forum.. but no,, no one believed me. .
UNTIL
THEY SAW THEM - Now everyone is HIGHLY IMPRESSED

Phil
And as always Thank you to all you great forum members here your very helpful and very informative. Your the best

First I hit a huge snag with getting my welding done… only one shop locally can weld 321 SS and it took 3 hours for em to get to it and complete the welding. Also at the last minute I decided to add the rear O2s and had to run all over central PA in search of some bungs to get them welded into the Cats.
Needless to say I didn’t complete the install today (March 31 11:20 PM). I did get the driver’s side in and had to remove everything to get it shoehorned in. After getting it lined up and bolts hand tight the Bellhousing bracket had to be reversed for the mounting tabs to line up,,, hence my suspicion that I received the old set by mistake.
Started the Passenger side but was slamming into the starter and hard line/connector block on the back of the AC compressor, that’s about the time my wrench flew across the garage and I called it a night.
I wish I knew of a way to let you guys know old from new… although I was pissed at first, it’s still one mother of a deal so no regrets!
I took some pics and will post a full write up when I’m done tomorrow.
I will tell you that no O2 extensions are required, the stock connectors just need to be unclipped from the frame and stretched, then the front connector easily reaches the front O2 sensor… Again Pics to follow tomorrow.
Also with my setup Headers – Thunderbolt 3” Metallic Core Cats – 3”/2.5” Cone Reducer – X Pipe. I’m going to need sections of 3” pipe between the Cats and the Reducer. I’ll post an exact measurement for you after I finally get everything hung. Preliminary measurement looks like a 10” section for the drivers leg…
Right after I buy some new plugs too! LOL yeah yeah I know…

Also, if you recieved AIR tubes and DO NOT want them, post up if you're willing to donate to someone that needs em...
FWIW even if you're editing out the AIR, you might want to retain the tubes for resale.SS Autochrome is very slow in responding and I even have a good contact there. They mean well and are up and up guys, they are just swamped is my guess. Let me know of any problems and be patient...
