You most likely have a battery that has insufficient cold cranking voltage! You probably saying "What the hell is that guy talking about??? My car starts just fine!!!
If you look at your DTC codes in the DIC, you will most likely see a ton of "U" series codes indicating that those modules saw insufficient voltage at some period of time. Your BCM and Instrument panel will be two of them. That is where the memory is stored. When the module shuts off under low voltage, it looses its memory.
Get a new battery and that should solve your problem. If it doesn't, let us know and we will give you a couple of other things to check.
