Default does it pay to change headers?

I have a set of TPIS LT headers, high flow cats and Borla stingers already installed, I am having a set of ported LS6 heads and a 220 114 LSA cam added, already have LS6 intake, and ported TB, does it make any sense to change my headers to a different brand/type while I am having the heads changed?

I would say no, unless you just want to speed some more money.

Unless the coating is coming off and the headers are rusting, no.

I did it this spring. I needed new heads so after looking at my rusted TPiS Heasders, I went with the new American Racing Headers with high flow cats. The change in sound alone made it worth it. Now I have stainless steel headers and 60 more rwhp to boot. And another bonus is they look graet too.

Default ?????????????????????

EMDExpress....You had rusted TPIS headers and changing them to WHATEVER brand increased an additional 60 RWHP??? Plus, I didn't know anyone would've bought a header that wasn't ceramic coated or SS.....

Maybe the rust was robbing all that HP?????
