Default Emissions help - codes not ready

I orginally posted this within "Scan & Tune"...no responses yet.

This year I am unable to pass emission. I have three codes that show up as "Not Ready"

AC Air conditioning Refrigerant Status = Not Ready
CAT Catalyst Efficiency Status = Not Ready
OS2HEAT Heated Oxygen Sensor Status = Not Ready

I belive the CAT & OS2HEAT are turned off intentially by my corvette tuner due to straight pipes. The AC status is puzzling. Its working fine. Because I have a 98 corvette, I am allowed two "not ready" codes within Illinois.

Does anybody have suggestions/recommendation for correcting the AC status? I have gone through the recommended drive cycles but have had no luck.

Thanks in Advance.

Modification:
P1 Charger
FAST Intake
AFR heads
Blower Cam
Full Exhaust
Rebuilt transmission
Rebuilt rear end.

O2 heater status I thought was on the fronts, not the rears. The CAT efficiency check doesn't sound like it was set up correctly by whoever did the tune.

you will have to drive the car at least 170 miles for all the sensors to reset.where i work we are constantly having to do that to get the cars inspected, once the battery has been removed ,disconnected or the car has had a dead battery it will not pass the emissions until you drive it for at least 170 miles.

Not sure where your getting that 170 miles for its not distance.
Most tests are done on cold starts and require XX number of them/drive cycles for certain tests to be done.

Other tests can be done by using the GM relearn drive cycle which if done as per their method would be more like 5-10 miles but even then would not put all I/M smog tests in a complete state.

If by removal of battery, flashing the PCM or clearing error codes while engine is above 120 water degrees and then just drove 170 nonstop miles very few tests would be done and in a complete/passed state
