Default HID/Flasher issues!?

Alright let us see if someone here can help me with my recent issue. I installed a HID kit by LEDGUAGES which included two ballasts and 4 weatherproofed quick-connect connectors. No splicing was done to any of the wires. I am having intermittent problems with my blinkers. Sometimes they will work and sometimes they won't on the road. When I first turn the car on that is the first thing I check right now and about 8/10 they do turn on. Once I get going they come in and out. They only blink when they want AND I have the blinkers set to either right or left. I tried seeing if the hazard button would turn them on, but I think they must go through the same circuitry, because they wouldn't come on as well. Is it possible that I have a relay sticking? What do you guys think?

It is probably your hazard switch. It is a very common problem on these cars. Next time they do not work, press the hazard button several times, if they start working again, you have found your problem. There are many how to instructions on the forum to replace the switch. It is about 30 bucks and takes an hour to do.

i've never done it, but i need to.

from what i've read, you remove your center console and radio surround along with the radio.

you then reach in from underneath and unplug the switch and then you'll be able to pull it out from behind.

if you do a search, i know it's been documented before...that's how i was able to come up with this.
