Headlight Popup
Problem: Headlights wouldn't popup by normal operation.
Fix: I found if I twisted the headlight switch very quickly the headlights would popup. It took me about 10 minute to figure this out. If I twisted normally (click, click) the headlights would turnon but not popup. I tried the turn signals and moving the lever arm but nothing would pop them up. Then I just turned them off and twisted very quickly and the popped right up. I repeated and it was 100% successful everytime.

Had not been started in about six weeks
The battery was very low and barely spun the starter but I did get it started. I let it idle for around 10 minutes.
Since this incident I have replaced the vehicle battery and the headlights are operating properly again.
Question: Do I need to be concerned? I first thought it was a ground but when I isolated the problem to the turn signal arm I ruled out the ground.

Battery was down some volts.
