i have the MS4, but on stock LS6 heads. as for your question, you should be fine so long as the valve's are stock size and the heads are not milled. to be sure, i would call texas speed directly! good luck and you will love the cam, see my sig for results on a pretty simple yet effective setup

They will be fine. Make sure you get 921 or equal springs. That cam's got mega lift, but you're gonna love it.

Just looked at your SIG, i have the same car with the same wheel..but my only 376RWH NA but also i am running 150shots wet. Now i am try to get 600 at the wheel until KABOOM.. , so with MS4 and Patriot head shoul give me 470RWH.. plus 150 shots or maybe just 100 shots..

If you have the oversized valves in the 5.3L heads, the valves will have piston to valve clearance issues (will hit) unless you have the stock pistons flycut or stock valves sizes. I would make sure of the exact setup you have before they are installed

YEP! Thats waht they told me too! If you have oversize valves,,, you will need to fly cut! Better check twice install once!!!

do the ms4 over the ms3 for sure! you only have to worry if you get bigger valves. this cam definately makes power, with the MS4 and STOCK HEADS my car makes what "most" stock c.i. cars with cam and heads make....just food for thought
