I recently purchase a Diabosport Predator for my 2000 Corvette Coupe (Auto). I removed my factory tune and installed the Predator tune per their instructions. My performance dropped and I lost 0.4 of a second in the quarter mile. OK different track between runs, different results I get that. When I contacted Diablosport and asked to return it they were unpleasant and condescending and refused to accept a return w/o a 20% restocking fee. I took my car to a Dynojet Research Dynameter and paid $75.00 for (4) test pulls. Two with the factory tune and two with the DS tune. The DS tune resulted in a loss of (>) 5.36 RWHP and (>) 12.79 RW Torque. When I called back with these results I was served up the same attitude but I got a RMA # and returned the unit. At this point they are duke'n it out with Amex regarding the restocking fee. Based solely on customer service, it will be a cold day before I consider DS again.
Take a look at the Vinci programmer, it has a little more flexibility and allows you to alter the tune you upload. I believe it is similar to the Crane but with more features as Vinci developed it for Crane. Someone had one for sale recently, not sure if they still have it though. A search in the for sale section might turn it up.

I had a bad experience with them as well with my mustang! Horrible people to do business with. Its took them 3 months for my tune and one fo the features I asked for they didnt even do. If it takes three months to tune a car and you cant even get it right and dont info the customer its gonna take 3 months you have a problem.
If your looking for a tuner get something that can hold more than one tune. Its more important than you think.

Same experience with Diabosport Predator! Never again! I purchased it from a vendor at Carlisle and tried to return it the next day. It wasn't used and unopened! I had to threaten the guy with canceling the credit card charges with a dispute and threaten to BOYCOTT his booth before I had his attention!
There despret to sell the unit and will do anything to get a sale. Get the EFI Live or HP Tuners and be done with it!
