Time, patience, jacks, jack stands, tranny jack and cold beer Unless you are lucky enough to have access to a hoist then its even easier. Oh don't forget the back pain medicine, just in case
When you take the car apart, slide the entire drivetrain/rear suspension assembly out of the car while still assembled and then when you put the car together, first install the torque tube (this makes it easier to engage the pilot bearing) then the trans/diff and finally the rear suspension.
You are going to want to get all 4 wheels off the ground, pretty high too. I've only done it using a lift, and still it was a bitch. Make sure you have a few extra hands around when it's time to drop the rear suspension and torque tube/trans/rear diff.
I bought a Textralia clutch - and now face the challenge of fitting it !
Any advice- short cuts will be much appreciated

I would get a remote bleeder and new slave if you haven't already. I just got done doing this and do yourself a favor keep the trans, diff, and torque tube altogether. Trust me when doing it on the ground it makes it easier.
It mentions in there that when your reinstalling the torque tube, watch the wires to make sure they don't get pinched on re-assembly. TRUST ME!!! DEFINITELY make sure the wires aren't in there!
I was able to do the removal and replacement with 2 ordinary floor jacks instead of the tranny jacks recommended. I used bungie cords to tie the torque tube and the diff to to remove and reinstall. Good luck! It looks alot worse than it actually is. Its actually fairly simple.
