Removing AIR system

i cut the pipes off the the flange, put in a copper penny, used some high temp gasket material, and used the original bolts to fasten together. disconnected smog pump. tuend everything out. slp short tube headers and no problems.

I feel bad resurrecting any of these crazy old threads... however I need to know if the Tech II can remove the AIR codes. I've searched and searched with every result saying LS1Edit or HPTuners, however I'd prefer not to drop $100+ on a license when I can use a Tech II for almost nothing.
