Ported heads; please step inside
Installing ported Trick flow 215s. I noticed that the threaded holes for the rocker arm bolts go through into the intake ports. What is everyone using as a thread sealer? Blue Loc-Tite? Something else?

Yeah, this is normal. I just used blue loctite, but that's cuz I don't have a real answer yet 
AND, I still need to fine tune the valvetrain noise, so I don't want to lock the whole thing down yet.
Further question, that I think will be valuable for you in the future: All, when you remove the rocker arms, some loctite will probably fall into the runner. Now, I forget if the protrusion was in the intake or exhaust. If exhaust... who cares But intake? Is this trouble waiting to happen?
EDIT: GOod lord, you said intake!! Argh, rough weekend!

While the heads are off the car, also install your stock bolts to make sure they don't protrude into the intake port. Clean the bolt good though.
I plan on using and have used blue loctite. You just have to make sure the threads are clean on the bolts and the heads.

I think the blue would be a better plan than the red. Red will make it difficult to get the bolt out again.
Someone also suggested teflon tape? Not sure how that would take the heat, but they use it on frying pans
