Need to do Exhaust and my car is lowered all the way on the stock bolts and need suggestion for a good floor jack, also can I jack up one side at a time and put it on a jack stand and do the other side?
Check out Harbor Frieght. This is what I use and I'm lowered as well. Yes you can jack one side, place stands and then go to the other side. I did long tubes a bout 3 weeks ago and had to add shoring under the jack and each stand in a couple of stages to get it up high enough. Its a pita to work from the floor but I had no choice.

Also, this may be the same jack but branded Omega:

What about using rhino ramps, they say not to use on all four wheels but it seems safer than jack stands, also dang that is pricey but the 35 Wal-Mart jobs just aren't short enough. It need to be high enough for me to get under but short enough for me to pull the valve covers ETC.

This might work... 3 1/2 is still too tall but I can pull the fender up to get it under I think. I will have to go outside and measure my cars ride height in the AM
I use an "aluminum racing jack" from Harbor Freight that was $85. SKU #91039. Rated at 3000 lbs. I roll the front tires up onto 15 inch lengths of 2x12 so that the jack with a 25 inch long piece of 2x6 on top of it just pass under the chin spoiler. I could get by without the 2x12s if I was to slide the jack under the car without the 2x6 and then reach under and place the 2x6 on the jack. Be sure to place jack stands under the ends of the 2x6 and to chock the other wheels before you crawl under the car.

I recently bought the Omega jack after my Harbor freight aluminum jack fell apart. I really like the Omega low profile jack as it goes up fast and can even clear the front of the car and make it to the cross member.

Another vote for the Harbor Freight low profile jack. I have no problems fitting the jack and pucks under the frame...I plan to lower the car 1/2" but don't think it will be a problem even then, as I have at least a 1/2" clearance now...
Mines lowered all the way. I roll up on a single 2X12, and then a double 2X12 with angle cut on the end. Finally I can get my ancient Sears giganto floorjack under the front crossmember. If it werent for the stupid air dam, I could get by with the single 2X12s.
Might look into a nice low profile jack one of these days
