Default which wheel lays it down

Any of you corvette geeks know which wheel lays the power down? is it true posi-traction or is it mostly on wheel with the other only spinning if the primary loses traction? i unfortunately only have one slick and was wondering which side to put it on.

Besides ruining the diff what other reasons do you have for doing this?

Cut the one Slick in to 8 equal size pieces and Glue 4 of the peices on each tire. This is a Known as a Drag / Radial.

I think you should try the one slick on both sides and let us know.

In the mean time you should also try to myth bust the Pop Rocks and Soda thing.

David -Clayton Thomas already explored this in the 60's-70's It was determined that what goes up must come down.

I ordered two M/T drag radials and rims 17" from jegs but one tire is on backorder, I've been planning a race all summer ...next sunday- so no joke i'm putting it on the passenger side- if it breaks it breaks.

no one really answered my question though. which wheel gets most of the power, is it truely equal or does one side only spin if the other one slips?

I was thinking passenger just because with a hard launch and the rotation of the motor cars lean to the passenger side...any productive thoughts?
