I have an awesome pilot bearing puller at home. Takes less than "5" minutes to get it out.
I'll get info on it when I get home on Friday.
I mentioned the tranny and torque tube because you said you felt vibrations with clutch engaged and no vibrations when the clutch was disengaged.
I would check everything over very carefully since you have it apart and no one likes doing the job twice.
Definitely want to hear more about your puller as I'm not one to have much luck when it comes to questionable items. Usually, if it can go wrong... it does.
How old is the slave? Had problems similar to yours and it turned out to be the slave. It's not very well designed and the location subjects it to a lot of heat.

I'll send you a PM whenI get home with picture and info.

I believe 26000 or so miles, but the previous owner said it did it for the last 5000 miles.
At this point, I'm ordering a Z06 Slave, pilot bearing, flywheel bolts (just in case, from GM), and whatever seals I need to put in the trans/diff to stop the leaking. The cases are covered fluid and that will be addressed at the same time.
