Call Don Kinder at Slowhawk Performance in Raynham, MA. Don can easily replace the pulley while you wait (he has some comfy furniture in his office and the latest car magazines so you won't be bored). He can also put a dial indicator on the crank snout and verify it is not bent. If it were bent, you likely would have oil pouring out of the front seal which I haven't seen mentioned in your posts. Not sure how one concludes the crankshaft is bent because the bolt is blurry when spinning. You need to take some measurements and make sure they are within specification.

Well, it won't be 15 minutes but he can probably do it in a few hours. He has done more cams, heads, superchargers, etc. than anyone in the eastern New England region where we are. He has the shop, the tools and experience. I would call him directly and discuss.
