I haven't checked the grounds yet, I am working night and haven't had the time to do that but I will. But in my experiance working on cars, grounds will give a more intermitant problem than a solid one unless the ground is broken off.

The column is not locked.

That is usually the problem. You most likely have the GM PCM re-flash that will never lock the column but the BCM communications is all effed up thus causing fuel cutoff at 2mph. CLB wont help at this point because it will not prevent the fuel cutoff.

one option you have is to find someone with HP tuners and change the fuel cutoff mph setting to 200mph. Default is 2. But you will still have codes

another option is to reflash the PCM back to OEM and hook up the CLB.

How come 90% of the people here say it will work or have experienced it working in this situation. Even the guy at Corvettes of Dallas said it would work., what is he going to lie to me to make 40 bucks.

I am not saying you are wrong. But 90% of the threads I have read say it will work. And so did the tech at Corvetes of Dallas.
