I just got my first C5 and...ran into my first problem, before I even saw the car.
I purchased it at an auction and to get it shipped it needs 6" of ground clearance, but this one had been lowered ahd only has about 4" to the front air dam, and is even lower in the back and less than 3" at the rocker panel
I figured it was done by the ride adjustment screws, but couldn't tell. I don't see any springs in the back, and not sure what other options there are for lowering a vette other than springs or ride adjustment screws?
Thought maybe someone would know or be able to tell from the photos.

Thanks all! Way excited to get this on the road!
my guess is lowered on stock bolts..couldnt tell from the pics cause you took pics of the wrong places lol
The one picture that shows the rear adjustment screw, shows the nut with just a couple of threads showing. Sure is dirty under there.LOL. For the rear, you need to have about an inch of threads showing. That should bring the rear up some. The fronts are probably on cut stock bushings. You will need to bring the adjuster pad(that sets on the flat , black, fiberglass spring) down (approx. an inch.) to where you will have a larger gap in that area. There are plenty of articles on the forum in this regards. Good luck.

The C5 comes with transverse composite leaf springs front and rear. Makes it easy to lower with factory adjustment bolts. Not hard to adjust, but the shipping company probably wont know how to do this. If you want to send them instructions, there are some on this forum (I can send you some if you can't find any).
Good Luck
