Anyone done the Cold air intake by drilling out the fog lite housing??
Any issues driving in the Rain?

Many members have done this and really, it isn't much different from the C5 Z06 setup. You will have no problems in the rain; just don't try to drive through a small stream.

The Z06 has outside air comming accross all the opening--thats a good thing-

I do it and it works just fine. I have been caught in some nasty rain storms and never had a problem.
