heads cam and?????
I will be doing a head and cam pkg in about a month through a reputable shop. 243 heads, 224/228 112 lsa, with 600/612 lift. My question is what else do I need to have replaced? I have been told the timing chain and an ls6 oil pump. Is there anything else while they have it apart? Thanks for your help.

What cam is this ? 224/228 112 lsa, with 600/612 lift.
most 224/228 are 581/588 lift
With cam lift UNDER .600 keeps reliability
Besides the LS6 intake and 243 heads do not flow any more above a 600 life cam vs 590 lift, so why even go there ?
The springs for cam lifts above 600 are different then springs for cam lift UP TO 600.
