Huh?
need some clarification your post is very confusing.
If you mean there is water dripping on the passenger side into the footwell you most likely have a clogged AC drain hose.

You need to disconnect the battery, pull the BCM out, and get it dried out immediately.......

The part that is causing your issue is the 90 deg rubber elbow for the HVAC condensate drain port. Its clogged or stuck shut. Pop it off the fire wall and inspect. PULL THE BCM and open the silver box. Remove the single screw on the BOTTOM of the box. The board is ESD sensitive so be careful with static electricity.

Examine the board and circuit traces and look for corrossion. Scrub with a soft nylon brush, flush with alcohol and blow with low pressure air or nitrogen. Reinstall.

FIX LEAK!

MAKE SURE that the carpet underlayment is NOT wet. Remove the carpet clean and dry.

If the COWL cant drain, the water is going to damn up and the only place it has to go is in the car:

This is where the water gets in if the cowl fills up:

If you still get water , the air box has a condenate drain that may be clogged. Its in the engine compartment on the fire wall on the passengers side and looks like this:

Here is where the drain is on the air box:

You really should just go ahead and do this. Let it dry out completely just to make sure there is no moisture.
Just cause you can cause yourself a ton of weird (possibly expensive) issues if that thing starts acting up due to moisture/minor corrosion.

edit: the drain/hoses are there to move the liquid from one area to another (like most hoses). In the AC box drain hoses case, the first area is inside the car at the AC box itself...the HOSE moves the water OUT OF THE CAR. If the hose is clogged, the water backs up and stays on the inside..
