Default Bearings, rings rods..?

I am not greatly knowlegdeable about the internals of our motors.
Today at the drag strip after about 5 passes the car sounds awful so I cut it off and waited a few minutes and cut it back on to hear this horrible noise. I had no choice to drive back since it was an hour away from home. My car is a 97 Targa, H/C stock block 75k around 424rwhp. Now at idle and while driving after this noise was heard here are the readings of my gauges

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5_S_gTBI2I

Oil Pressure-- between 19 and 23 psi while cruising the interstate
Oil Temp-- hovered between 240 and 246 at 65 mph
Water-- normal 205 ish.

There are no codes and no leaks of any kind. I just walked in the door so I haven't had time to take off my Valve covers to see if its a bent rod or broken lifter. I will dig into it as much as I can with my abilities before I take it somewhere.
I am just looking for some opinions of where to start?
Heads?
Go straight for the block?

Thanks for your time

Joshua

Too short of a video. Initially, sounded like a rocker, but then the squeek. Time to get a stethoscope...and isolate the noise.

It was bad enuff to have to drive it home that long, which is why the video is so short. But Ill have to get a scope and see what I come up with.

The all the pulley's and the belt itself look just fine Bill I guess I will try to check the oil filter tomorrow and see if there are any metal or brass type pieces in it. If so then I guess it's time to go forged.

Oil temp is high for just cruising on the interstate. I might guess a rod bearing or rocker, etc. Oil pressure is low also, but at low engine speeds and high oil temp it might not be off that much given the conditions. If you give it a soft rev does the noise get louder and faster or just one of those?

Usually my oil temp is around 40 ish with normal driving even cruising I would guess. The higher I rev it the louder and faster it would get. I would say by just listening while I was driving it home. It won't really idle well either.

I hate to tell you this, but sounds like a spun rod bearing to me!
That squeak I hear in the video is not good. Next step is to take your oil filter off and cut it open. If you find copper/brass looking particles in there get ready to pull the motor. Make lemonade out of lemons and get a stroker! good luck and keep us posted.
Also, the high oil temp and low oil pressure are signs of spun bearing.

If it comes to that, hit me up. I'll hook you up with someone in Texas that will supply you with a new short block, (forged) for a great price.
No BS, top quality name brand internals and professional assembly for way less than anyone else.

UPDATE!

I pulled the oil filter and I took 2 quick snapshots with my phone from just the oil that came out of the filter. There were a few smaller pieces but these were the two biggest I found. I am about to cut the filter open but you can already see metal debris. here are the 2 pics

Based on my experience, if the oil turns a milky color like that, there is coolant in the oil.

Head gasket is one possibilty. I would drain the oil, see what it looks like. You can do a pressure test on the coolant system, if there is a leak, you'll find it that way.

Thanks for the info, time to research the coolant system pressure test.
