With a speed density tune your PCM should have been programmed for all the DTC's related to the MAF (P0101, 102, 103) to be set to "Not Report" along with no "MIL" activity. I'm not sure why P0103 is showing. You did say that you have previosly passed emissions and no additional tuning since?
I feel your pain. Had my own emission related issues a few years back and it took a lot of research on my part to get it fixed and past emmissions. No amount of drive cycles or driving would change my monitors to ready state. Do a search on OBDII Readiness Monitors and I think you will find the info enlightening. I had 3 or 4 monitors that would not go to Ready state. Found that we had to set all DTCs for these systems to Not Report and then the systems would indicate Ready.
While not an expert, I am not sure you will pass with a Speed Density Tune, hence the reason I run MAF. Yes, you car may run a bit beater with SD but again not sure you can get past emission with a P0103 code. I am sure you can tune so the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) does not come on but the code is still there. Again, maybe someone else will opine about passing emission with SD. I know some guys run SD and also have a MAF tune they load just for passing emissions and then they go right back to SD.

Yes I passed once I got my car back from the shop after getting all the mods done to it. Even with no cats and the MAF unplugged!
Im sure my battery is reseting my computer every time I restart it so Im in a fight to get that fixed but of course the company i bought it from does not sell Optimas anymore so that is going make it extremely hard to warranty this 1.5 year old battery.
Yep, it will cause the not ready. You need to now go through some number of start/warmup cycles before it'll go ready again. I don't remember the magic number of cycles though. The number 50 rings a bell but truly I'm not sure.
I know it's not 50 cycles. I had my battery out for months over the winter and only drove the car about 4 or 5 times on pretty short drives before getting the OBDII test at the emissions station. All systems were "ready".

50 Drive Cycles are NOT required for I/M tests to run. The tests can complete in one drive and typically do.
The 50 cycles typically refers to OBD codes being removed by the ECM itself-since you were clearing them-it's a mute point.
