Rake it a little more in the rear. The air will exit the rear faster creating downforce but don't rake it too much. I still don't see you gaining 20mph with an A4 tranny from 1.8 mile to 3 miles. I still stand by my 185mph at the most within a 3-4mile accel run.

So you think I would only accelerate 5 more mph in another 2.2mi, because that run was 1.8mi? Im sure on pavement it would be a different story. On dirt I waste a lot of distance part throttle and too much wheel spin. Idk, she was puling pretty steady. Maybe not 200 but probably 190+ in 4mi...on dirt. Also I pull 3rd to around 153mph, it shifted on that run at 130. I think that killed a little momentum too.
Lol, wow. Thats why i taped up the seams and also i dont have the rear cowl seal on the hood which helps get the air out.
Air doesn't leave the rear cowl where the seal goes. Air travels towards the rear of the engine compartment and travels underneath/exits under the car.
A rear spoiler would add wind resistance. What about raking the car more or adding side skirts?
the cars rake is factory set. Lowering the front no more then 1" and keeping the 3/8" rake is essential for best aerodynamics.
Adding spoilers, splitters, side skirts, wings and extractor hoods all increases downforce and aero drag or greater resistance.
Taping up all the cracks with speed tape, and taking off the out side mirrors decreases aero wind resistance
However, to hit that magic 200, HP is what is needed.
and to get from 180 mph to 201 mph is not just additive, that hp increase is logarithmic. 500 rwhp may get you to 180mph, but close to 900 will be needed to get to 201 mph.
That last 10 mph is biggest jump in hp increases too.

500rwhp will get you to 200mph in maybe 4-6 miles with a MN6 but definitely not in 1 mile.
