4.10s without hesitation (assuming you have a manual transmission). If you have an auto, then we'll need to know the current gear ratio and torque converter stall speed.

You should go with 3.90's. With 4.10's at your power level, first 2 gears will just spin the tires.

Listen to this Rick@RKT56!!!!! He's the BOMB! That was my initial thought also!! You have enough power to handle any gear ratio. Consider your DAILY DRIVING needs also.....3:90s will work excellent and help keep fuel milage in a reasonable range..

Either ratio is going to be better, I think you will have a traction problem either way, if you are not running better tires.
Many do not work to improve the traction after the gear change.
There is some excellent discussion over in the dark side "C6" Some very factual arguments presented. If you are inclined to check some of it out search "tractionmonster"
4.10s for sure. I went with 3.90s originally about 8 years ago, just upgraded to 4.10s. It's worth it. You're not gonna have traction either way. Go big or don't waste your money, in my opinion. For a big cammed M6 car 4.10s all the way.

Dope
I agree, the small difference between the two is hardly noticeable besides the 100rpm difference cruising. As long as you're not running out of gear for a particular race, I doubt you'd be able to discern a difference between the two imho.
