I've seen quite a few race cars running wraps, but I don't like them. A little oil spilt on them and they smoke forever, not to mention they are fiberglass and anytime you work around them you get the fiberglass splinters in your skin. High temp paint keeps some of the fiberglass from coming out, but I still don't like them for a street car.
I wrapped mine when I first put on the new ARH with the LS7 conversion. Later I opted to have jet hot coating and that was the way I should have started.
