Default power seat help

I'm going crazy here. My 04Z has only driver power seat and it worked perfectly never a burp. I removed the seats and had them redone in leather. I got them back plug them in and nothing. I tested everything and it all checks out fine. Both sides windows and locks work the memory buttons light up. Is it possible the module is bad maybe knocked around in shipping.

I wonder if there is a ground wire issue? Everything electrical needs a good ground.

There are some fragil wires under there especially if they've been removed or moved around. I had the same problem but it started out sporatic and got worse until it finally quit. Here was the problem and has worked prefect since I pushed the pin out and soldered the wire back onto the connecter and pushed it back in.

Hope this helps!

And as mentioned, it was the main ground wire under the seat that plugs into the module.

Check your wiring harnesses under the seat. I noticed when I redid my seats that the driver seat wiring harness had been rubbing on the carpet and it had gone through the vinyl tape. Luckily the wire sheathing was still ok. I rerouted the wiring higher up underneath and re-taped everything. If I hadn't redone the seats, it would've never seen it.
